Hiiii. Now, I think I'm getting a cold. Boo. So, I'm just going to say some stuff that normally helps me, and might help you. Ok, so first thing I normally do, is to have a hot drink, I have tea, as it is just a nice warm beverage, it makes you feel better for only a short amount of time though. Next thing, is to have warm foods, I either have chicken or beef noodles, sometimes soup, this also makes you feel just that bit better. Have a shower. This is quite a big thing, as when you are cleansed, while having a cold, it refreshes you and your mind, have some of your favourite shower creams and shampoo etc. Also, before I go to bed, I clear my nose. I know this sounds a bit weird. But, in the mornings when I have a cold, I wake up and my nose feel s really dry and horrible, last time I had a cold, I really cleared my nose, and in the mornings, it wasn't all messed up!
